The survey of my clients with Jaz drives is now done. Sorry it took so long, but with so many people on vacation, it took a long time to get all the details. Here are the results.

Number of Jaz drives- 63

Number that had to be replaced- 1

Number of Jaz Disks-723

Number that had to be replaced- 22

Now I was very happy to see such a tie-ratio. I had never calculated it before from my clients data.

I was unhappy to see that 22 disks had to be returned. I hope this number improves. This study does not include my Jaz and disks, all of which are perfect.

GO IO!!!!!!!!!
