Your -and the OECD's- demographic window has closed. There is not that bulge in the 'waist' of the pyramid with the majority of the population made out of 25-30 year-olds.

So there is not a lot of poor people who'll become more affluent and seek to have proper housing.

What was my remedy for that? Mass what? Starts with M.

Asia and LATAM entered in the demographic window, we will coast nicely from here on.
