Well, good luck with it. Keep us posted. Mold can be so deadly. I think it may have been what brought on my severe asthma some 30 years ago. I was working in a very old, dusty storefront that had sat empty for a couple years. Mold, or dust, did it because I never had a hint of it in my life prior to then.
