Nope, He never said that Saddam had nuclear weapons. Only Cheney said that and he knowingly lied.

Also intelligence after 2000, and especially in the runnup to the war, was taken over and bastardized by Cheney, who relied on such sources as Curveball. This is the information that was available to Clinton and Rockefeller. Note that even with that information, not one person said that Saddam had nukes.

Do you believe that Saddam was responsible for 9-11 as well?
