Maybe they declared bankruptcy and forgot to issue a press release! This is ridiculous. They have been falling since 10:30 ET and there is still no public news. Couldn't this be considered insider trading or market manipulation? I only have 300 shares, but this pisses me off. Obviously, I did not mind as much when SPCT made upbeat comments at the analyst conference, but even that smacks of questionable legality. If this is due to rumors, then we can't do anything about it, but if it is due to something substantial, then the company owes it to ALL its stockholders to announce it publicly. Richard
