Liar. Bush doesn't give a damn about schools and children. His No Child Left Behind was a hoax and a fraud. Since Bush took over illiteracy rates have been soaring, and Bushies dishonestly and fraudulently didn't count the 2 million worst-scoring kids when they announced their "success". In the meantime Bushies did not fund NCLB but mandated it so as to punish the teacher's union. breaking the unions was their real goal. It has been ever since Reagan and that's why we have a much weaker middleclass than we did before Reagan and Bush.
