ARTHUR TANG...I HAVE BEEN READING THE THREAD FOR OVER ONE YEAR...I HAVE ENJOYED YOUR COMMENTS AND BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF RETAIL MORE THAN MOST OF US. ALTHOUGH THIS IS AN AMES THREAD AND I AM STILL A LONG TERM HOLDER BELIEVING THAT MARGINS CAN GET UP BETWEEN 2 TO 3 PERCENT I HAVE ANALYZED SOM OTHER BEATEN UP RETAILERS AND WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR OPINION....HILLS DEPT. STORES WHERE THERE IS INSIDER BUYING....VENTURE STORES WHERE IT IS SO CHEEP BASED ON SALES. THANKS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON AMES...I THINK 14 IS PROBABLY THE LOW IF YOU LOOK AT POINT AND FIGURE CHARTS... DrVinkman
