"The authors confuse availability with intensity." Actually, NO, they DON'T. 'Availability' was not considered. (Otherwise I'm sure that KHAT wouldn't have made the list. :-) This was STRICTLY a study attempting to assess the MEDICAL POTENTIAL for harm. Nothing else. (You slur against The Lancet aside.) Perhaps you will want to tear into Harvard Med next, Bill? (Just to round out your post....)
