OT - that's 12.5M, Mickey's house is est. to be 22M. Of course, the house you linked to (12.5M one) is 8,000 sq ft, whereas Mickey's is 33,000, just a tad bit bigger, only about 4 times. The problem with appraising a house like Mickey's the traditional way is....there aren't going to be too many comparable sized houses. I'm sure there are plenty of fantastic luxury homes in Texas though, but how many 33,000 sq ft? DK
