"I don't think they see it as incompetence." Who? The administration? No, they just see it as the liberal bias that reality has. It is a massive plot against them. By not seeing it as incompetence, there is no reason to change the behavior. Its not working but those are by liberal standards, not conservative standards. So I think the blame is incompetence combined with stubborn willfullness. That makes more sense to me than they are in league with Iran......although I will admit anything is possible.
