Q has the greatest R&D dept on the industry and it is being made to look idiotic.... Q's legal prowess was supposed to be a strength. It has turned out to be a paper tiger and a total embarrasment. It is very sad to see IJ humiliated like this. The legal team is very visible and vulnerable, tapdancing badly all over the place. But the lawyers did not put Broadcom inside the chipsets.
