There isn't any evidence of serious wrongdoing (even legal wrongdoing) for congress to investigate. The prosecutors serve at the will of the administration. Congress doesn't set policy for the prosecutors, and without any evidence of wrongdoing there isn't anything for them to oversea. If this is all true, why is Gonzales lying?
