The fundamental cdma patents expire over the next few years and that will mean a significant change in the "value" of Q's IP. That loss is offset by the significant gain in value for the EVDO/HSxPA patents.

Nokia is right that the situation is now different but that doesn't necessarily translate into Nokia being right about the value of either parties current IP.
