I think one of those nice little Israeli machine guns, you know the kind for personal home protection, and a mid size dog, maybe a rotty or something.......but a couple of those small 20 gauges cut down might be quite lady like, not that I think a lady with a sawed off 12 gauge shotgun would be unladylike or anything. I know that Ladies and Gentlemen are now considered equal, but cut down we want her to be able to fire the second barrel if needed. Tis the old south we are talking about..... And think of Sunday tea with the other ladies loading their own shells..... what could be more traditional.... My Grandma killed a bear with her Breechlock, so I am sure any lady could fend off a few miscreants with a few instructions and proper weaponry. After all once you remove the leg from just one or two intruders the smell will keep the rest away.
