Can you elaborate ? Do you mean the basic building block transistor design ? Would that be same between K10 and K8. (first K10 and most recent K8) ?

Or do you mean something more elaborate, like the latencies and propogation times for collections of transistors ?

Are there different basic transistor design types on the same chip ?
