re: Good luck to that. Recently, Seattle voters were given the opportunity to pick between two solutions to the replacement of the viaduct downtown, and neither solution won.

If this thing really happens, our county could have a 9% sales tax and no property taxes, while the counties across the street have 6% sales taxes and high property tax.

Imagine the repercussions.
