Here's another upcoming issue:

"Zinifex’s intention to make an offer for all of the outstanding common shares of Wolfden at a cash price of $3.81 per share"

Now if it were shares on Zinifex. one could substitute and continue, but what do you do with cash ? Cash effectively ends the contest for Stephen_O at +24.9% (3.81/3.05), unless you decide to let him buy another comapny with the cash. I did not have that happen in either 2005 or 2006, so I'm not sure what to do either.
