Broadcom MIGHT have some good engineers who didn't just pack up upon being vested but merging companies of such differing culture is a sure fire way to guarantee one's failure. Qualcomm should stick to small acquisitions of key R&D. The big one is still a few years off. Isn't wild west justice where the bad guy is left swinging from a tree while the good guy rides off into the sunset?
