Jimmy Carter is 99% trusted and respected in the world. GW Bush is 99% distrusted and disliked in the world. Who would make the better diplomat? Obviously Carter or CLinton or Kerry or any of them. When foreign countries can't trust our leaders they refuse to make deals. That's why Bush has had zero major peace deals in the world. Zero. Think about it. And the war he started is a complete disaster.
