You only cite one example related the US citizens, the attempt to reform US education. This could be debated either way.

All of your other examples could be looked at as US imperialism trying to dominate and control other parts of the world which has nothing to do with compassion.

Post 91268 I'll give you.

I think it would be an easier task to exemplify how Bush is a class warrior out to profit his class (the super wealthy) than it would be to show in reality that he is compassionate.
