I asked you before, who pays your medical bills on Island NZ...if you are personally freee to pay "ALL" of your short and long term medical bills due to severe crack to the mellon...then you should be free to scoot without melon protection.

In Canada we are not free to ride with wind thru the hair as we personally (just taxes) do not pay long term costs of a severe crack to the mellon.
