Whether extremists like you like it or not, even the USA is subject to international law and the provisions of treaties. Otherwise, the USA is no different than the rogue states it purports to be tempering. I guess you'll never get that through your thick skull. The Chimp, Dickless Cheney and all the other WH and Pentagon criminals fabricated a case for War against Iraq. They presented it to the UNSC and tried to get a vote in favour. They failed. The UNSC wouldn't buy it. There was not case for war. The war is based on shoddy grounds. This is the case and then we have to think of reasons other than WMDs, support for Al Qaida, etc., etc.. When we think of it, there's only two reasons: Oil and Giving the World an Object Lesson that the US will Do Whatever the Heck it Feels Like and be damned everything else. The US is a rogue terrorist nation.
