I'll take a few shares of commercial real estate reit, FPO now. Just to diversify a little. A few shares to start with and to follow. Div yield okay, not great (for a reit) at about 4.7%. Positives are: little insider sales; fund investors Davis, Marty Whitman, Franklin Templeton have positions. finance.yahoo.com
