Like you in CT, here in Florida the system needs to be installed by a solar contractor which also is a requirement to get any of the state and or federal rebates . I contacted the company last year and they referred me to a solar contractor that waned to sell me a Kyocera system without ever pricing a system using Sun Power panels. Anyway using your figures, the cost is around 5.50 per watt so that's close to Sanyo's HIP-200 which runs 5.50 to 5.75 per watt from what I've seen. The next question is the price of their new 315 watt panels available sometime this spring . If you don't mind, what made you decide on Sun Power say over Sanyo and have you kept any performance records on you system to date? Sorry for all the questions but I very much appreciate any response since you are THE only Sun Power user I know .. :-).
