Harry: The NY and Comp BP's are still in o's and have plenty of room to run on the downside. Housing starts below 900k in the US, I remeber one historical chart indicating when the average went below 1.? million it typically indicated a recession. I know any one indicator can fail but I wonder how many are lining up with a recession now.
