I had a moment to check out how the subscribed stock discussion had ended over on iHub. To my astonishment, it's still ongoing! Well, OK, nothing really surprises be anymore, but you have to figure at some point common sense would kick on. Apparently not.

Can one inveterate long please explain:

1. Why a company, in PLNI, that fancies itself as "fully reporting", had conveniently omitted a stock subscription agreement that encompasses more shares than currently even authorized? Can you say material event? Hello?

2. Why not a single shareholder has bothered to either call PLNI for a copy of the subscription agreement or at least a written clarification of it?

3. How posting another company's subscription agreement has any more relevance to PLNI than using Oprah's diet to gain insight on Nichole Richie's anorexic regimen?

4. Why a CEO who can issue boatloads of free stock to himself would obligate himself to buy back billions of shares? Ummm, hello, anyone home?
