they need to change the system, empower cops to arrest and give these people a ticket out of the country. put them in a van to the airport and load them on a plane.. bill federal gov. today they are not interested in arresting illegals they know they will be released right away again. I expect the cops know where most of these illegals hang out. Maybe even hire them to cut their lawns etc.
