Richard, I totally agree with you on that we can not let foreign corporations on those benefits which come straight from tax dollars. But without Intel's money, this project can not go on. Why should Intel be forced into something that they do not like while they are footing part of the bill? We have two alternatives: either fund the project all by tax dollar or Intel do it alone. What is your pick as a taxpayer? derek
