DJE,
I find it increasingly difficult to sort thru the flood of commentary, hype vs. hard analysis, that seems to be building as the metal's bull grows.
As I mentioned in a previous post, the # of booths at the Vancouver conference exploded from 60 (2001) to over 360 (2007).
Thus, I closely track the HRA/Coffin commentary as they've been around and know the players.
Specific to yellowcake, for example, they recommended RSC in Feb.'06 @ C$0.375. They make specific commentary as to the quality of management "Guy Herbert et al are the real deal..", then subsequently (month upon month) track drilling results, financing etc.
So, they tend to follow a (relatively) few specific projects while commenting on sector-wide issues.
Fits well with my need to try to keep a relatively narrow and (hopefully) insightful focus as opposed to getting sucked into the raw enthusiasm of the "BluePlateSpecial" flashing on Aisle 3
