I played with a couple of MediaFlo phones at the annual meeting. Although the service is not available yet in San Diego, QCOM was given a one day license from the FCC to beam the service in via satellite. The MediaFlo service was flawless. The picture was excellent and it only took one or two seconds to change channels. The screen size seemed a little too small though. Probably just something you have to get use to. BTW, a shareholder asked about a share buyback. Bill Keitel answered that, as is their custom, they will be releasing information on any buyback in five weeks, which I believe will be their next quarterly report. He had a big smile on his face when he answered the question, which tells me that they are now definitely in the market. When a person tells you he can't answer your question right now but has a big smile on his face, it's a signal that you will like the answer when you do hear it. There was no talk about not being in the market because of upcoming events. My guess is that they started buying a few days after the annual meeting.
