I'm an honest person and I would agree it certainly looks like the Bush administration didn't plan very well for what next after the invasion.

Though I will say the idea that Gore or Kerry would have or could have done better is baseless.

The only prominent politician we know who didn't know the difference between Sunni and Shia is the Democrat now heading the House Intelligence Committee.

Bush is not a draft dodger - Clinton was though.
