Bush-Cheney failed to protect us before 9-11, true. After being warned many times. I didn't say they planned 9-11, I say they acted as if they wanted us to be attacked. Maybe they figured it would be a smaller attack, yet a great excuse for them to invade Iraq and steal the oil. That was the plan. Then Iran maybe after that. All for Exxon and Halliburton though, not for the people they were supposed to be looking out for.
