Carter is a Nuclear Engineer (not Nucular) who assisted in remediating the 3 Mile Island accident. He's a winner of the 2002 Nobel Peace Prize. He's a kind generous person, who devotes some of his time building homes for the less advantaged. Carter was a great President.

I wonder what prize the Chimp will get? How 'bout the old "find the soap in the prison shower" type of prize.
