This is an e-mail from Ian Reece (IR) at PCDOCS - commenting on this quarter's earnings. _________ I cannot comment on Q1 results as we are in our quiet period, but we have continued to be very active and have pretty much a full complement of sales staff. But as always, the determining factor is which of those contracts being negotiated actually get signed by 9/30. Our results are planned to be released on Thurs Oct 23. We are also working hard on interviewing PC DOCS, Inc. (the EDMS business) president candidates, but no one has been chosen yet. Regards Ian Reece CFO
