Joseph Cirincione --look up his bio. It's out there several places, including the different organizations he's worked for, including the parent company of the journal that listed the column you posted.

And then start asking yourself...EXACTLY what Proofs (plural) does he show that Iran does NOT have Nukes, and the capability to use them????

Also, ask Cirincione EXACTLY what he uses for PROOF to ascertain that the several leaders of Iran ARE mentally and emotionally stable.....
