Kevin:

As i have mentioned previously, I like Ascend very much too...there's
a lot of talk on their 2 subjects. These are the only two that
I feel are worth it as far as potential ROI currently. But that's
for now, who knows in 6 months as you say.

One thing, i don't know how much competition they are going to get
from the Telecom bill in the next year. Their focus point is international
and that is the area that is growing...much more than domestic calling.

Tha's my 2 cents worth.
