Clinton himself testified under oath. So should Bush-Cheney.
I don't remember all the characters, but there was scant corruption during the Cliinton. Very few ethics probhlems. I think Mike Espy was the only one. None of the Bimbo Eruption accusations were worth the paper they were printed on. Monica Lewinsky never should have been investigated in the first place. The Clintons were cleared of all Whitewater charges after a ridiculously exhaustive investigation (for a 10 year old land deal they lost money on). And there was nothing to the Chinese bribery accusations, nor any of the "murder" accusations.

Travelgate was a very minor affair. Strictly smalltime pilfery. Less shocking that Bush's domestic policy advisor who got arrested for serial shoplifting. Alll in all, while Clinton was not perfect he was a frigging Boy Scout compared to the outright unrepentent justice-stonewalling crooks we have in there now.
