Rumsfield is "competent"? He was the WORST and most incompetent leader our military has ever had, and partners with Cheney, so blame CHeney too. He snatched defeat out of the jaws of victory, then stayed the course and turned defeat into total disaster.

Gonzales is a competent yes-man, political hack and cover-up man. He was also competent as the same for Enron before he went to work for Bush. A crooked attorney basically. A sleazy lawyer.
