I'm absolutely astonished that you (or anyone) would actually give any credibility to that clown who goes by the name of joe biden, isn't he the guy who was caught plagiarizing a speech? No matter how you slice it, any plan coming from him is a plan for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, to turn a phrase... he and his ilk root for defeat and withdrawal, because victory would mean Bush was right about terrorism and this clown biden can't afford that to happen...
