You forgot 4) full Israeli citizenship rights given to minority Arabs and Druze. That never happened in South Africa or Rhodesia.

Regarding this issue, I also forgot 5) which is Rhodesia never drove the blacks out into a ambiguous buffer state so that their vote was not an issue. That indeed is a different approach, and so far is what has saved Israel IMO. So it was a useful move but, unfortunately, remains a thorn as well.
