Frank, NOT AT ALL...
It's not CHEAPER PERSONELL I'd like to see, it's BETTER PERSONELL. Just cause someone puts in a 90 hr week doesn't mean their doing a good job. It just means they are working hard, as I'm sure current management does. I just personally don't think they got what it takes to steer the ship. And knowing the bingo business as well as Silzer does still doesn't qualify him as a great businessman. And that's what we need...
Remember, this is Silzers company, he created it, and he KNOWS HIS SH_T when it comes to bingo... And he himself knows the business side is NOT his expertise, thats why he brought in Lakhani 2 yrs ago. Lakhani took the company from .18 and about 30 mil shares to 2.00 and right back down to .18 but now with 75mil shares. The numbers are frightening.
The company needs Bob, he IS AGTI. It's his baby and without him there is no AGTI (MY OPINION) but his salary is way too high at this stage of the company's business. And so is Lakhani's.
Did you ever hear of CHAINSAW AL??? Al Dunlop is known in wallstreet as the guy who can turn any company around. He takes big companys with great products, who have fallen on bad times, and cuts through the shi_t, cans the dead weight, focuses the companys strenghts, does away with the weakness, and turns companys profitable. He's the best at what he does. When Sunbeam announced that he was the new CEO, the stock doubled that day.... This guy gets paid a fortune but he makes his companies a fortune. That's what I'm saying. We are not getting what we are paying for. While we will never get Al Dunlop to look at AGTI, we do deserve better than what we have. I would love to see a management shakeup. It's the only weak link in the chain (MY OPINION).
Think about it... We have
01. A great and growing product line
02. An industry virtually untapped and growing
03. A worldwide client base
04. Very little competition (currently)
05. A management team who can't get us off the ground
Enough of this, it's only my opinion, and it's not really not worth me wasting everyones time since we can't do anything about it anyway.
