Exactly my point-- Motorola, like anyone else in the CDMA industry, would hate to see their CDMA chips supply lines cut off. It seems like Qualcomm would want to do something to reassure customers, especially if they could make the issue go away relatively easily. Instead, some on this thread are suggesting that Qualcomm may be intentionally trying to elicit an injunction? Seems like a bad way to treat customers.
