It's my understanding that the upcoming injunction on Nokia concerns GSM/GRPS/EDGE, not CDMA.

You're right, but I only see it coming to that if Qualcomm and Nokia can't agree on the larger issue of the CDMA cross license, at which point both parties will be infringing on virtually all their products.
