I will start off this board by saying that at this point an agreement between dctc and ftel is that if dctc brings in finance for fnet that is acceptable to the board of directors of ftel than dctc can earn up to 40% of fnet period.Viewed in this light dctc is a finance company and not a communications company. Its stock sold for between .12-.25 in march when this agreement was formed.Franklin on the other hand currently owns all of fnet and is doing beautifully on their software and hardware products(channel banks, cards, and servers). In addition, their future looks bright on the services side of the business in isps, fnet, and other exciting areas which should be rolled out over the next few months. It reminds me a little like att before the split up which had both hardware and services under one roof. One can only hope that the future be bright for Franklin.By the way, the reason i posted under the communications board should be obvious now.To be completely above board,my only financial interest presently is in Franklin.
