I was pondering uranium hording some more and it occurred to me, yes I know I'm slow, that if I was an executive that actually mines uranium and I was staring at the vertical chart of yellowcake prices I would be stockpiling it waiting for higher prices. You cannot get that kind of return on your cash even from a tanker stock. Maybe there's a few of them doing it now. Then one day they all decide they better make hay while the sun shines and sell at the same time. The bubble bursts and in poetic justice the hedge funds that horde uranium get their heads handed to them. It wouldn't hurt the mining companies much since it's almost all profit any way. At some point Catastrophe Theory will prevail sending many back to the lotto window. No matter, companies with good grades of pounds in the ground will still prosper and be very lucrative.
