Crossy - yes, indeed. I ve learned that not-gaining is much better than losing <G>. Yes, indeed it is a good day for me. And I ve taken a bit more RAPT and BAY off the table. I genuine feel happy for you and others to do well though (ok, except them market manipulators - is that what MMs stand for <VVBG>!) XYLN may be a good candidate for the next leg up, nontechnically speaking. With its deal with BFPT (which is gonna to be acquired by WCOM,) its heterogenous design (to be used with other networkers' hardware) may give it some advantages. rgds Bosco
