Again, you're smearing an honest hero Joe Wilson.

The RNC smear machine went after Wilson just like Cheney did when he outed his wife. They came up with a bunch of lies and half-truths which spun together create a totally false impression.

One thing to remember, Wilson "lying" (which he never did not let's just say he did) is irrelevant to Cheney's outing his wife. That is treason evgen if Wilson were the biggest liar in town.

But this is what GHW Bush called Joe Wilson "A great American hero". for standing up to Saddam and rescuing the human shield hostages. Quite a feat. His wife is also a hero though her heroics remain classified.

Now what of a heroic nature have Bush or Cheney ever done? Nothing.
