if the other company paid whatever to CUU ... could CUU still do their own production and therefore realize that gold ... No, if Teck buys back in on the project, they will be partners on whatever comes out of the Schaft Creek project. It would be very nice for CUU to have a major like Teck as a partner, though Teck will likely try to buy CUU out instead, IMO.
