I can't exercise after I eat- although I could probably walk. I do pilates for my leg- to strengthen it- and I have to do that (and yoga) in the morning before I eat (or else I have to do it many hours after I eat), or my heartburn is aggravated by that kind of torso twisting exercise.

I agree with you about eating before bedtime. That's a real definite no no for me.
