Here's something important- food allergies-
I try to mention this often, since mine went undiagnosed for such a long time, and my mother in law recently underwent many tests, before finding out all she had was an allergy.

I had a corn allergy- to the corn protein. Thus I was allergic to things like modified food starch, and corn starch, as well as corn itself. If you check the labels on almost any prepared foods, you will see why I was constantly, and severely, sick. It was only through the luck of moving out of the country, to a place where they do not use corn, that I realized it was an allergy. My doctors thought I had IBD, after they had ruled out cancer and crohn's. I had a LOT of tests, and probably would have had more. The doctors kept giving me sample medicines even though they weren't sure what was wrong with me, and I didn't take them, since I am aware that many people are killed or suffer complications from being given medications that do not work.

If you have ANY disease of the intestinal tract, try an elimination diet and see if you too have some food allergy or sensitivity. In our very complex processed food world, I imagine many people are suffering from these, and being treated for other things.
